Sherri Cruse UPDATE
Check just checking in. I have been on the Southeast for the past 6 weeks training with Travis Pastrana while he was getting ready for the St. Louis SX.
I have been training twice a day plus motoing every day. I have been cycling in the morning, riding at Millsaps Training Facility in the afternoon - doing timed motos to work on gaining speed and consistency, and then in evenings I have doing upper body and abs workout with trainer Todd Jacobs.
It¹s intense but I love it. .
While in Florida I rode with Ashley Fiolek one day, Tarah Gieger another, I spent some time with Jolene Van Vugt and Family. I am feeling confident about my riding and the training I am doing.
I also did some PR work. Before I left for Florida I signed autographs at the Anaheim Supercross and then again at the St. Louis Supercross at the MX Sports booth promoting the Nationals. I have my own poster and am also on the poster MX Sports made for these signings.
I came back from Georgia to a new RMX 250F all tuned up by Pro Circuit. I can¹t wait to make some laps on it. In the meantime, I am racing my new 2-stroke at some local races and will be heading to Hollister for the next WORCS race. Some the other WMA Pros like Patterson and Whitmore have been showing up at WORCS, so it will be great to race them.
I want to welcome Throttle Jockey on board as my newest sponsors and know my bikes will look great.
I am really focused on the WMA Nationals and the X Games. I hope you can all make it down to Glen Helen for the opening round.
